You are warmly invited to the launch of FLUX Exhibition of Contemporary Clay curated by Rob D’Eath and Kate Howard at The Niland Gallery, Merchants Road, Galway. Preview Thursday September 19th 7pm. Artist and Lecturer in Fine Art at IT Sligo Elizabeth Caffery will officially open the exhibition.

Artists include: Susanne Hangaard (DK), Valérie Delarue (FR), Claire McLaughlin (IE), Owen Quinlan (IE) and Sarah Ryan (IE)

Perspectives in Contemporary Clay is a text commissioned for the exhibition by Leitrim based writer Joanne laws.

Exhibition runs from September 20th – October 13th
Open 1 – 6pm | Wednesday – Saturday | Sunday 12 - 5pm

There will also be an ICE lecture and seminar by Susanne Hangaard at The Centre for Creative Arts and Media GMIT Monivea Rd, Galway at 10.30am on Thursday September 19th events are free and all are welcome. For further details and booking please contact Rob D’Eath at rob.death@gmit.ie.
